Does your

child have APD?

We have a support group for you

Capital Region

Medical Center is now offering an Auditory

Processing Disorder Support Group for parents and caregivers of

children diagnosed with auditory processing disorder (APD).

The monthly support group will meet on every third Tuesday

from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Tunnell/Wherritt Community Conference

Center, located on the ground floor near the Capital Region

Medical Center Main Entrance.

The meetings will highlight a new topic every month and feature

guest speakers. The remaining allotted time will be reserved

for parents and caregivers to discuss difficulties, strategies and

techniques they have encountered and used with their children in

dealing with APD.

The APD Support Group is free and open to the public.
